The new Tanqueray 10 Martini Bar in the Palm Court of Edinburgh’s Balmoral Hotel is intended to revive the 1930s glory days of the cocktail hour in the city. Gintime was there for the launch and it was totally glam. We now have a new fave drink: Sparkling Violet made with a sugar cube soaked in 10 ml crème de violette, 25 ml Tanqueray 10 topped with champagne. Fab!
