This one is straight from the horse’s mouth ie our good friends at Beefeater Gin and is our top tipple for these lovely warm days. Hang on a minute the sun is over the yardarm somewhere in the world and who cares if it’s Monday!

 
Beefeater 24
15ml fresh lemon juice
10ml Earl Grey tea syrup
Tonic of preference
Ice – cubed or hand-chipped
Garnish – lemon wheel

Add gin, lemon juice and syrup to glass and mix well then half fill glass with tonic. Now carefully fill the glass with as much ice as will fit into the glass. This is vital to keep the drink as cold as possible and to avoid the ice melting into the drink. Gently stir in a little more tonic if required and garnish with a fine wheel of lemon.
