Kammerling’s Ginseng Spirit, created by our friend Alex Kammerling is now available at a shop near you and online. Kammerling’s at 33% ABV is made in the same way as gin (in a small pot-still) but contains 45 natural botanicals including ginseng, fresh grapefruit peels and manuka honey. It is a completely new style of spirit that shares similarities with gin, bitters and a well-known English summer drink. It is golden in colour and can be drunk neat over ice (with a twist of lemon), mixed with bitter lemon or other mixers and is great in cocktails too.
