For most of us, watching the daily updates on TV is the closest we’re ever going to get to the world famous Chelsea Flower Show. Good job then that us armchair gardeners can really get into the spirit of things with the many delicious floral cocktails on offer now. Here’s one that is really tickling the taste buds this week:

Lady Jasmin

50 ml Bombay Sapphire

25 ml Cointreau

25ml lemon juice

Teaspoon Jasmin syrup,

egg white

dash angostura bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and you’ll get this floral twist on the classic White Lady.
