Summerhall, formerly Edinburgh University’s School of Veterinary Studies known locally as The Dick Vet (no rude jokes please) and now the Edinburgh Fringe’s latest new venue, is running a pop up bar throughout the Edinburgh Festival (now until 4th September). The bar is located in what was once the dissection room complete with Damien Hirstish features. It’s a must check out venue and to entice you up there Gintime is running a 2 for 1 offer on your first round of drinks. That could be a delicious cocktail or the very special Tartan Black beer.
