This season Caorunn Gin has come up with two delicious cocktails, the Caorunn Winter G&T and the Caorunn Countdown, perfect for the festive season.

Both the Caorunn Winter G&T and the Caorunn Countdown play on the aromatic flavours of Caorunn Gin. The Caorunn Winter G&T is a warming winter inspired version of the iconic Caorunn and Tonic. With dashes of nutmeg and cinnamon it captures everyone’s favourite festive flavours. The Caorunn Countdown has been created to share with friends, so think New Year’s Eve..  Made from a mixture of Prosecco, lemon juice, Grenadine, apple juice and – of course – Caorunn Gin, it’s a sophisticated serve that’s not to be missed.

But actually they are so good we’re tucking into these little babies right now. Here are the recipes:

Caorunn Winter G&T 

50ml Caorunn

125ml winter tonic water

Garnish

Clove studded red apple and orange slices

Method

Winter Tonic: Take a bottle of tonic add one cinnamon stick, 1 star anise,

1/2 a nutmeg grated and four pepper corns

Caorunn Countdown 

100ml Caorunn Gin

½ bottle of Prosecco

50ml Lemon juice

100ml Grenadine

1L Apple juice

Garnish

Mint, apple, orange, lemon, raspberries, rosemary

Method

Add all ingredients into a punch bowl with ice and stir
