• 50ml/2oz Beefeater Winter Edition Gin
• 100ml/4oz Madeira
• 10ml/½ oz lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1 pinch ground cinnamon
• 1 pinch ground nutmeg
• 1 clove
• Lemon twist
• Orange twist

Method: Gently warm all ingredients in a saucepan, taking care to not let the mixture boil. Once warm, serve in punch or toddy cups.
