Winter Kir Royal

25ml/1oz Beefeater Winter Edition gin
25ml/1oz Plymouth Sloe gin
100ml/4oz Champagne or sparkling wine

Method: Pour the two gins into a Champagne flute, and top with Champagne. Garnish with a blood orange twist.
