• 50ml/2oz Beefeater Winter Edition Gin
• 25ml/1oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
• 50ml/2oz apple juice
• 15ml/½ oz lemon juice
• 10ml/½ oz sugar syrup
• 50ml/2oz Champagne or sparkling wine

Method: Add the first five ingredients into a highball glass and stir. Fill the glass with ice and top with Champagne. Garnish with an orange wheels.
