Inspired by Jerry Thomas’s Blue Blazer Cocktail
- 2/3 Hendricks Gin
- 1/3 Green Chartreuse
- One piece of fresh rosemary
- Cucumber to garnish
Place a cognac glass on top of a tumbler filled with hot water. Add the mix to the glass and flame. Pour mix into a fresh glass and garnish with cucumber and rosemary.
