• 20ml shots Gin
• 10ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• ½ fresh egg white
• 5ml shot Chambord
• Soda water

Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top up with soda. Gently stir and enjoy!
