Ingredients:
50ml Bombay Sapphire
20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml Elderflower cordial
50ml Ginger Ale
Glassware: Tall glass
Ice: Cubed ice
Garnish: Straw and a lemon wedge
Method:
Add the lemon juice, elderflower cordial and Bombay Sapphire to a tall glass. Stir. Add plenty of cubed ice. Stir again. Top with soda water then stir for a final time. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
