Almond Gin Fizz

• 37.5ml Caournn Gin
• 12.5ml The Bitter Truth – Crème de Violette
• 2 Cardamon Pods
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Orgeat Syrup
• Egg White
• Soda

Method: Muddle cardamon, add remaining ingredients then dry shake and wet shake.
Serve in a Collins Glass and top with soda
