At Gintime we like our summer cocktails long, cool and fresh. These recipes are as sophisticated as the classic G&T with a dash of elegance and more than a measure of glamour. Enjoy on a deckchair and serve an aroma of fresh cut grass on the side. Perfect for Wimbledon!
190 Royale

190 RoyaleTake a few mint leaves and the lime wedges, and muddle with a dash of Gomme. Add the lemon juice, and top up with crushed ice.  Add the gin and sloe gin, then stir.  Top up with Champagne and serve in a Collins glass. Created by Albert Nimanaj, Bar 190 at The Gore Hotel.

  • 50ml Gin
  • 25ml Sloe Gin
  • Mint leaves
  • 2 wedges lime
  • Gomme
  • 25ml Fresh lemon juice
  • Champagne
Raspberry Blush

Raspberry BlushBelvoir Fruit Farms are luxury adult soft drinks ranging from Elderflower to Blood Orange and Mandarin and we think these grown up flavours add a touch of elegance to a long cocktail.

  • 50ml Hendricks Gin
  • 5 Raspberries
  • 3 Lime Wedges
  • 15ml Raspberry & Rose Cordial
  • 75ml Lychee Juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with plenty of ice, strain into a highball glass over fresh cubed ice and garnish with a lychee and raspberry on a stick.

Maggiore Collins

Maggiore CollinsA twist on one of the most popular classic long cocktails. Created by Ago Peronne, mixologist and brand ambassador of Galliano L’Autentico.

  • 10ml Galliano L’Autentico
  • Rock ice
  • 50ml Plymouth dry gin
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • Top up with soda
  • Lemon wedge
  • Fresh cherry
 

Build and mix in a Collins glass using the ingredients and rock ice. Garnish with lemon wedge and a fresh cherry.

  • 25ml Bombay Gin
  • 25ml Martini Bianco
  • Dash elderflower cordial
  • ginger ale
  • Squeeze of lemon

Build over ice in a highball glass. Served along with cucumber, mint.
